Account and Business access
Operational access requires an active account and Business, active membership, the relevant action permission and an authorised location. A visible button is not the access control.
Staff permissions
Owners manage reusable staff permissions and location scope. Each person uses their own account so recorded actions can be attributed to the right member.
Protected transaction history
Completed sales, payments and stock movements retain their original evidence. Corrections use recorded workflows rather than silent changes to the past.
Private documents and receipts
Supplier documents use private access. Keep receipt links private. Do not share customer details, passwords or sign-in links in a support request.
Support and governance
Platform governance is separate from merchant operation. Support activity requires specific authority and an audit trail; it does not give an administrator a merchant cashier or stock-adjustment role.
